KJ the owner of Service Trux USA is at the NTEA WORK TRUCK WEEK show in Indianapolis. In this video he discusses a brand new, fully electric service van setup featuring the Epic self-contained air system and Sage oil system. The van has pressurized storage compartments, 30 gallons of air storage, and the ability to recharge the batteries through the alternator. The key advantages of this system are its mobility, maneuverability, and lack of moving parts that could potentially fail.

This build is a special one—Peterbilt Motors Company reached out and asked us to build this 2025 Peterbilt 536 hooklift truck for NTEA Work Truck Week 2025, March 4-7 in Indianapolis and we’re pretty excited to share why. This truck is running a Swaploader SL-214 hoist with U-Lock Assembly. We’re proud to be partnering with Swaploader & Peterbilt of Atlanta to bring this setup to life.
But the real reason Peterbilt wanted to showcase this truck? The all-new TX8 transmission. This thing brings some awesome new features to the table and, maybe more importantly, gives users access to more service locations to keep their trucks running strong.
