recently acquired US patents #8882117 and #8882208 on its products. The Installation of EZ Lube Spindles on trucks

TRUCK APPLICATIONS:
The U.S. patented and Canada pending customization devised by
Courtsara has a wide array of applications in the real world by a vast number
of companies and operations. The Military, Local governments at the City,
County, and State levels, power line maintenance crews, logging companies, open-
pit mining companies, maintenance contractor trucks, drill rig trucks, street
sweepers, refuse and vacuum trucks, mud bogger trucks, dump and snow control trucks,
and many more.
The Benefits:
Once the system is installed, one can expect reduced maintenance
costs, decreased down time, increased truck availability, and greatly improved
mechanic safety and productivity.
Mosaic Phosphates in Florida was one of the first companies to try
this out. Previously, a Freightliner M2 truck axle was broken down every 4
months and had cost the company $13000 in parts alone. Since adding the EZ
Lube Spindles, it now has been operating for over a year and a half with no break
downs. It had broken down twice in the previous 27000 miles and since then it has
run 75000 miles without a failure in the spindle/axle area. Now Mosaic is retrofitting
their whole fleet.
Installation:
Currently, the EZ Lube Spindle system can be retrofitted on most 2
or 4wds. You may add a specification for the EZ Lube Spindles for new truck purchases. Some
major manufacturers include Fabco, Marmon-Herrington, and Meritor.

1. A lubrication system comprising: a rotatable hub having a
cylindrical configuration with interior and exterior cylindrical surfaces, the
hub having an exterior end and an interior end and a central extent; fixedly positioned spindle in a generally
cylindrical configuration, the spindle having an outer end and an enlarged
annular inner end, the spindle having a central extent axially between the
outer and inner ends; tapered inner and outer wheel bearings operatively
coupling the hub exteriorly and the spindle interiorly adjacent to the interior
and exterior ends of the hub, the inner and outer wheel bearings adapted to
allow rotation of the hub with respect to the spindle, lubricant input and
output passage-ways extending through the inner end of the spindle and through
